The acceptance of the terms and conditions by the consumer is necessary in order to finalize the conclusion of the sales contract.
- 1. Accessibility
The consumer who wishes to buy the company’s products through its website can either create an account using a username and password of his/her choice, to which he/she must provide his/her personal details (full name, home address, e-mail), or continue as a guest. In any case, the consumer’s personal details constitute personal data, are not reproduced, and are fully protected.
- 2. Methods of Payment
The prices of the products are shown on the website and include the legal tax (V.A.T. 24%). The shipping cost is not included in these prices but is calculated and reported during the completion stage of the order. As soon as the consumer chooses his/her product, he/she is obliged to pay for it in any way he/she wishes from the provided proposed methods. All credit cards are accepted, as well as payment via PayPal. In case that the order is placed by phone, and the consumer chooses to make a deposit, he/she is obliged to make the deposit within 3 calendar days. The company is not responsible for incorrect debit card or credit card data entry at the time of purchase or incorrect data entry in the PayPal system.
- 3. Shipping Time
Shipping within Greece is made within three (3) working days, within the European Union within five (5) working days and outside the European Union within nine (9) working days, except for the holiday season or in case of high workload, and certainly does not exceed thirty (30) days. The company is not responsible for any delays related to emergencies or delays related to the transport company. In the case of a delay, the consumer will be notified by email.
- 4. Risk of loss or damage
The company assumes the risk during the shipping of the object until the consumer physically acquires it. Therefore, during the shipping stage from the transport company, the risk remains within the company. Thenceforth, the risk is transferred to the consumer.
- 5. Guarantee – Responsibility
The company is obliged to deliver the product to the consumer with the agreed properties and without real defects. The company bears no responsibility for any damage caused by misuse. The consumer is obliged to read all the instructions of the product regarding its use, maintenance, care, and restoration.
- 6. Return Policy
In case of a real defect or lack of contracted quality the consumer is entitled alternatively, without charge to, a) a repairment of the product or b) a replacement or c) a reduction of the price in proportion to the defect or d) a withdrawal from the sale. The consumer has the right to demand without charge the repairment or replacement of the product, if the order has been executed incorrectly, i.e., another item other than that of the order was delivered or the wrong quantity or defective product. In this case, he must contact, by phone or e-mail, the store within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the product, in order to identify the problem and approve its return. The product should be unused or worn and in the condition in which it was received. It must also be returned with all the original accompanying documents (purchase receipt, instructions for use). Returns are made with the postal company that the company will indicate to the customers and at its expense.
- 7. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer, after the purchase, has the right of withdrawal from the Contract of Sale within fourteen (14) calendar days, since the day he/she physically received the product without the need to explain the reasons of the withdrawal. The right is exercised by filling the form provided below or by any other clear statement by the consumer to the company which presents his/her decision to withdraw. When the right is exercised, the consumer is obliged to return the product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment he/she informed the company, and the company is obliged to refund him/her fully, minus the shipping costs, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day it was notified. The company returns the money using the same means of payment with the ones the consumer used for the original transaction. The consumer bears the cost of returning the item(s), which must be returned in the condition in which they were received. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product was made specifically for the consumer, according to the specifications requested.
- 8. Special Orders
Special orders are executed only after consultation with the company, by phone or e-mail. In this context, the consumer is informed by the company regarding the price of the item, delivery time, shipping time and cost. Special orders as well as orders of products that do not exist in the company's stock may be available within thirty (30) days of the relevant order. In any case, the consumer will be informed by the company, by phone or e-mail, about the time of preparation and the time of shipping - delivery of the product.

Credit/debit card transactions that take place on this website, are carried out through the "Nexi e-Commerce" electronic payments platform and are using TLS 1.2 with 128-bit encryption (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of obscuring data until they they reach their intended receiver who can decrypt them with the appropriate key.
